R.I.P Worldfunnies...

This webpage is dedicated to the memory of a community who had to be killed in mercy to prevent it's legacy from rotting away, slowly and painfully.
It's owner, wanted it to be over. He wanted to turn over a new page in his adventurous life. He didn't want to witness his pet end up getting forcefully taken away from him, lose it's identity or
simply watch it get abandonned in the wilderness. His pet hasn't been feeling okay and the owner knew it's fate would be dark. He wanted to take it into his own hands and knew what had to be done.
So today, after months of preparing this. I have decided to close my community, Worldfunnies, for good after three years of uninterrupted ownership. While the closure of the community had to do in
part by me growing up and moving on from making or even caring about these kinds of content. I mainly decided to do it because it's future looked grim (the community was slowly getting more and more inactive, most recent posts for not even meeting the basic, dumb quality standards)
and I didn't want Worldfunnies to live enough to see itself become a villain rotten carcass, but I wanted to see Worldfunnies die of a peaceful death. The most important part being that Worldfunnies deserves atleast a closure, a send-off, with a bang if you will.
To finish off, I just wanna say, thank you all. For everything.
